Living The Freedom Transmissions: An 8-Session Book Study

If you've read The Freedom Transmissions and feel called to go deeper — to transform understanding into lived practice — this is for you.

From reading to being — this circle is where wisdom becomes the way. Instead of a traditional book club that moves chapter by chapter, we’ll explore the major themes of The Freedom Transmissions and discover how they can be lived and embodied right now. Each session is a mix of reflection, open sharing, and simple practices designed to help you move beyond the page and into real integration. Over 8 live gatherings, you’ll explore themes such as releasing self-limiting beliefs, choosing faith over fear, finding clarity, honoring your legacy, and remembering who you truly are. You’ll also receive weekly journal prompts to deepen the teachings during the week, recordings of every session so you can revisit them anytime, and access to an optional online community to stay connected between gatherings.

This circle isn’t about getting it “right” or keeping up with homework; it’s about integration, embodiment, and being in community with others drawn to these teachings.

The Freedom Transmissions 6-Month Book Study Course

Starting this February through the end of August, I’ll be offering a deeper, 6-month weekly immersive course on The Freedom Transmissions that will lead us into The Alchemy Transmissions, the next book in the series coming out in September 2026. This longer experience will include two live online sessions with Carissa herself in March and August.

💥As Carissa said in our event on August 21, 2025 (YOU CAN PURCHASE THE REPLAY HERE): The Alchemy Transmissions is "the next level," it's an upgrade. And we need to set our foundation first with TFT. It's recommended that we go deep in it before we move into TAT. She said the more that we immerse in The Freedom Transmissions (revisiting the origin and the foundation), "it will exponentially augment your upgrade and integration of The Alchemy Transmissions."
